3-Year Limited Warranty
aqualithi Pool Solutions warrants that your pool cleaner will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for 3 years from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials
- Workmanship issues
- Electrical component failures
- Motor malfunctions
- Structural integrity issues
What’s Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or neglect
- Commercial or rental use
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear (brushes, filters, etc.)
- Acts of nature (floods, lightning, etc.)
- Improper installation or maintenance
Warranty Claims Process

Email support@aqualithi.shop with:
- Your order number
- Photos/video of the issue
- Description of the problem

Evaluation
Our team will review your claim within 2 business days and provide instructions.

Resolution
We’ll either:
- Send replacement parts
- Provide a return label for repair/replacement
- Offer a refund if the product can’t be repaired
Important Notes
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser
- You must provide proof of purchase
- Shipping costs for returns may apply if the claim isn’t approved
- This warranty doesn’t affect your statutory rights
